Tom ScolaDirector
My love for estate agency started in 2007, working for a national agent after finishing College. Fast forward many years and here I am, with our own agency, doing what I love. Having grown up in Purley and working closely in the neighbouring areas, I’m well connected and have a wealth of local, useful knowledge, whether that be school catchment areas or the best pubs around.
With my years of experience within the corporate world of estate agency, most recently managing the same office for a decade in Purley, I’ve helped hundreds of people buy and sell. I understand that not every story is the same and every individual needs an approach tailored to them.
I have a passion for property. I love period homes that retain their character and charm. I’ve personally bought and sold three times over the years, and I know the impact an agent can have on a person’s moving experience. This is why I felt the need to break the mould with the (usually low) estate agent expectations. I will make sure that LOFT will retain the human touch. You won’t just be another number on a spreadsheet to us.
Molly SheridanDirector
I have worked in this industry for over a decade, and I am passionate about helping people; that is why I do what I do. This is my driving factor for co-founding LOFT Estate Agents.
I’m committed to perfection in every aspect. From marketing your home to the day you exchange keys, I want to ensure everything is done to the highest possible standard. I worked for a large High Street Agent, starting my career as a negotiator as a teenager, to running my own branch at 25. I’ve previously worked in large, competitive teams but our priority at LOFT isn’t to be the biggest, it is to provide the best experience with a personal touch that is so often lost.
I’ve lived and worked in the local area for my entire life, and so have a deep-rooted connection with its people and the local community. I have an intimate knowledge of everything it has to offer, I am committed to sharing this insight with everyone who comes through LOFT’s doors, so that they have the same love for this area that I do. I have been lucky enough to travel the world, but I know that home is where the heart is and how to make a house a home.

Ollie MunroSales & Lettings Partner
I have worked in the sales and lettings industry for seven years, spending much of that time working successfully in an office alongside Tom and Molly at our previous company. Our successes as a tight knit team meant I had no hesitation joining them, working together again to help evolve LOFT even further. I strive to provide great customer service to my clients, exceeding their expectations and providing them with all the support needed at a stressful and challenging time. I have worked and lived locally for many years, and love passing on my local knowledge, whether with long-time residents or those new to the area.
I love coming to work and making a difference to people’s lives, and working at an exciting new agency that is culture, not commission, led. I look forward to working with you all – whether buyer, seller, tenant or landlord – to navigate you through the property process with clarity and confidence from beginning to end.

I have worked in agency for the past five years or so, from humble beginnings in my career to growing to management level within the corporate world of agency. I enjoy all parts of the job and the responsibilities that go with the role. I strive to exceed and go beyond the expectations of traditional estate agents, always leaving people smiling and enjoying the (sometimes stressful) experience. Communication and efficiency is a main part of the role, this is something that I feel LOFT put as a priority in their ethos, and something I look forward to contributing and evolving the way things have been done for so long.
Having grown up in Banstead, going to school in Coulsdon, and now owning my own home locally, I know first-hand how valuable local knowledge can be — especially for those buying in the area for the first time, just like I did. I’ve always loved the buzz of sales and lettings, growing as a true all-rounder. The fast pace, variety, and amazing people I get to meet every day are what make this job so exciting — and with this brilliant team, I can’t wait to see what’s next!

I love my job and it is the reason I have enjoyed a long, successful career as an estate agent for more than 20 years. No two days are the same, and I get huge enjoyment from meeting and interacting with people in all different walks of life, as I do every day. I’m born and bred in the Purley area and have worked locally for many years. I took a break to have children of my own and with them schooling locally, I would love to say I am a bit of an expert when it comes to the best ones around. Over the years, I have seen the changes in how we buy and sell properties. At LOFT, we are trying to retain those parts of traditional agency that work, but also provide a modern and refreshing approached, which we feel is often missed in a saturated world of estate agents. The close team we have work together seamlessly and aligned in our approach and ethos, which we can’t wait to share with clients new and old.

I’ve always had a passion for high quality photography and videography which has developed throughout my 20 year career, allowing me to perfect my skills in all things content. We strive for professionalism, flexibility and quality. As a driving force behind LOFT’s creative content and, with our depth of local experience, we are so excited for what’s to come.
